Trade Display - Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors

To ensure a smooth-running day, we have compiled the following information.
Before the event:
- Please forward your ‘certificate of currency’ detailing your own public liability insurance cover to us by 22 March 2017.
- Please also forward any food allergies or intolerances ASAP.
- If you have not already done so, please forward the name and contact details of the one person who will be attending to your exhibition space at the conference.
- For exhibitors, please forward the name and contact details of any extra person registered at concession rates.
On the day:
- The Trade Display is for Thursday 30th March 2017 only and will be in the two function rooms immediately adjoining the auditorium on the top floor. The rooms will be opened up to the main auditorium during the conference.
- Bump in is from 7:00 am, via the main doors of the RSL (see map below). Please ensure you use the venue's lift to move heavy and bulky items.
- Please see one of the TFI team on arrival and they will point you in the direction of where you need to go to set up
- We provide a 2 m trestle table, two chairs and an A3 laminated poster with your logo on it - please provide your own table cloths
- Ample free parking is available for your vehicle throughout the day; please be conscious of other exhibitors bumping in, and keep your time at the doors to an absolute minimum
- If you have indicated a need for power, please bring your own tagged and tested extension cords – Minimum of 6 metres please
- Please bring your own duct tape to secure and make safe your power leads
- Your area will need to be cleared of packaging and bags (trip hazards), and any exposed cables covered/taped down.
- Delegates will be registering from 7.45 am so please conclude set-up before this time.
- Please note for OHS we will be conducting a quick and courteous review of your exhibition space between about 08:15 am and 08:25 am.
- Conference is due to start at 8.25 am sharp, and conclude no later than 5.15 pm
- Conference delegates will get the opportunity during morning tea, lunch break and afternoon tea to network with exhibitors and sponsors at the trade display.
- Pack-down is following the close of the conference for Thursday. Please do not pack down before the chair close of the day to minimise disturbance to delegates and presenters. The conference dinner is to be held in the main auditorium starting at 7 pm. The RSL catering staff will be setting up between 6-7 pm so please ensure you finish your pack down before that time.
